The Time Clock Device is a 7” wall mounted Android tablet that communicates in real time with our web server via wi-fi. Staff simply “Clock In” and “Clock Out”.
Provides realtime labour management and other key business management capabilities. Depending on the access configured for users, they can view/enter/manage: employees; labour costs; budgets; rosters; sales & cash-ups; payroll processing; KPI reporting. The system provides integration with payroll systems and with Xero accounting software.
Ticktock's systems were easily installed, easy for us and the managers to understand and manage and extremely easy to integrate with our payroll system. Having access to real time wage costs from anywhere means we can keep on top of our wage costs and our managers can make roster changes quickly rather than waiting for historic reports. The minefield of paying and recording Public Holidays and Lieu days etc is a breeze now.
